This page explains what Edgeset Marketing does with contact information, in plain terms. It covers this website and the business email we send.
For business outreach we hold ordinary professional contact details: name, work email address, employer, and job title. We collect these from public professional sources and from business data providers. We do not seek out personal or home contact information, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
To contact organizations about marketing services relevant to their work. If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business outreach, and you can object at any time using the methods below.
Every email we send carries a working unsubscribe link, and mail clients that support one-click unsubscribe will show that option too. Using either removes your address permanently and across all of our campaigns — not just the one you received.
You can also email tom@edgeset.us and ask to be removed, to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We action requests promptly and in any case within 30 days.
Contact details are reviewed periodically and removed when they are no longer accurate or relevant. Addresses that have unsubscribed are kept on a suppression list indefinitely — that record exists solely so we never contact you again.
